Overview
Our courses are designed to be flexible to suit you. We offer either one full day session or two half day sessions on a variety of days, times and venues. Our friendly and approachable course educators are experienced in delivering health and lifestyle courses for people with Type 2 diabetes. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have had diabetes for years you will find this course helpful and informative.
We are pleased to now be able to offer virtual & face to face courses. Our virtual course will be live but via webcam or video, from the comfort of your own home. This course will consist of 3 sessions over 3 consecutive weeks each lasting 2 hours. You will need to have access to a computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet with Wi-Fi in order to access the site. Our admin team are here to help you get set up if needed.
