How to order your resources?

When placing a resource order with us, please use the order forms below to ensure you have the most current prices. Also please read below before ordering:

Terms & conditions for ordering resources

  • A Purchase Order (PO) needs to be provided with every order – we are unable to process orders without a PO (please read additional notes below) - FOR ORDERS TO IRELAND THE PURCHASE ORDER MUST BE RECEIVED AS SOON AS THE TENTITIVE TOTAL PRICE IS AGREED.

  • You can only order resources for modules that you are licensed to deliver

  • A completed order form on the above templates must be provided with each order alongside the PO

  • You must include a complete Trust name (and if an NHS trust in the UK, a 3 digit trust code must also be supplied)

  • You must provide a clear delivery address with the correct postcode – please double check before sending to us

  • A contact name and telephone number of the recipient is compulsory

  • An invoicing name, contact number and email address must be provided on every order

  • Orders must be sent by email to desmond.orders@uhl-tr.nhs.uk

If the above guidance is not followed, the order will be returned back to the sender and will not be processed until the relevant details are added. This also includes Purchase Orders. Many thanks for your cooperation.

Purchase Orders

Please ensure that the purchase order is sent along with your completed order form, to avoid any unnecessary delay. Please ensure the delivery cost is also included in the total of your PO (please see the relevant order form for this or if from Ireland please speak with desmond.orders@uhl-tr.nhs.uk to agree)

When to expect your order

We aim to process orders within 5 working days, and aim for deliver within a further 5 working days.

What to do if your goods haven’t arrived or your order is incomplete/incorrect/damaged?

If your goods haven’t arrived within the time-frame specified above please contact us immediate on desmond.orders@uhl-tr.nhs.uk

If your order is incomplete/incorrect/damaged please contact us no later than 10 working days after receipt – anything later than this we cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the problem.
