Localities: DESMOND is currently being delivered throughout Beccles, Belton, Bradwell, Bungay, Caister, Filby, Fleggburgh, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, Halesworth, Hemsby, Hopton, Kessingland, Lowestoft, Martham, Ormesby, Scratby, Southwold and Winterton.

COURSES ARE ONLY DELIVERED IN BECCLES, LOWESTOFT AND GREAT YARMOUTH

Local Referral Pathway: Referrals received from GP Practice. Please enquire at your GP practice who will put the referral through electronically to us at the Diabetes Centre. We will then be in contact to offer further details

Modules Delivered:

DESMOND Newly Diagnosed module available (for patients up to 12 months post diagnosis) - over 1 whole day or 2 x half days face-to-face courses.
